We offer package specials for multi-day events, new client incentives, extended licensing packages, celebrity licensing knowledge, and sensitivity to the various needs of all parties involved in the event planning process — the planner, the vendors, the talent, and the end client.
Capabilities
We regularly provide the following services for meetings, awards presentations, ‘meet and greet’ events, client/vendor ‘thank you’ events, trade shows, conventions, product/brand/company launches, delegations, and incentive trips for groups of all sizes.
Still Photography Services
This is our primary specialty, and we offer a wide variety of event photography services: if you need it done onsite, we can provide it!
Presentations: speakers, awards, ‘grip-and-grins’, stage shots. We will consult with your event team or your production team prior to the event and let you tell us how to manage the stage work. Whether we are taking a ‘stop and pose’ image of your guest recipients, or shooting what we can to keep the program moving - we will be in the right place at the right time!
Guests: small posed groups, large groups of 10 to 1000 people, photojournalist style images, ‘guest experience’ images. Good photographers create amazing images, but great event photographers create amazing guest experiences!
Details: decor, production, brand presence, entertainment, silent auction and items, paddle-style auctions, sponsor signage because EVERYBODY wants to make a sponsor look and feel like the million dollars they gave to participate!
Interactive: paparazzi, celebrity impersonators, step/repeat, green screen
Take-aways: onsite printing, onsite USB thumb drive duplication, social media branded printed products
Large Group Photos
When it comes to capturing large groups, nobody does it better!
Our top three photographers have orchestrated well over 500 groups ranging from 10 people in an annual report style pose to 450 people in an indoor ballroom!
We understand that your group photo needs to have three core attributes:
1. the organization and posing of the group needs to happen in a timely manner
2. everyone in the group needs to be seen looking their best
3. and the technical aspect of the image should be ‘on point.
Those three core attributes seem pretty easy (and obvious!), but the execution of those elements in a consistent manner is where our experience really pays off. Posing small groups and “herding” large groups can be very tricky for many reasons: salespeople like to talk, executives like not to be rushed or touched, engineers have a short attention span, alcohol is frequently involved, and nobody smiles when the photographer is a “dud”! Moving a group of people together with a seamless consistent pose requires professionalism and tact. Doing it quickly without upsetting any egos requires experience… without exception.
From a technical excellence point of view, group photos are challenging in many ways, and proper planning is the only solution. Our goals when capturing a group are as follows: even lighting from the first person closest to the camera to the furthest person away from the camera, sharp focus from the front of the group to the back of the group, and an adequate amount of lighting to provide a crisp image with clear detail. When those three come together, you have a group photo that can be printed as large as you would like — and seeing all of those smiling faces is our goal!

Licensing
With few exceptions, we grant open licensing for ‘unlimited usage’ on all event images; our contracting client will receive unlimited usage rights for photos taken at the event. We understand you may have a need to use our images for newsletters, websites, and community relations — they may be used for all of these purposes without further approval of licensing fees.
